As government decisions and guidance are rapidly being released, we wanted to provide you with an update on how Hudson Shuffleboards is managing the current situation and caring for our employees, customers, and community. As more information becomes available, we will continue to update accordingly.
We are still accepting orders at this time. Lead times are outlined on our website under each item. For items on sale, orders can be placed to obtain sale pricing. In the event shipping dates need to be postponed, we will accommodate as needed.
At the Workplace:
Within our workplace, we continue to keep the safety of our employees, customers, vendors, and the community as our paramount concern. We established preventative measures that are in line with CDC guidance. This includes best practices like regular deep cleanings, social distancing, and wearing face masks. Flexible work arrangements and telecommuting have been offered to applicable employees.
Until further notice, we are open and only allowing outside vendors on the premises for scheduled shipments and deliveries only. However, access inside our building is strictly prohibited. Our shipping and receiving department will have gloves, hand sanitizer, and masks on for preventative measures and will maintain safe distances at all times.
In-home assembly and installation services have been temporarily paused until further notice to protect the health and safety of our customers, our team and our partners. We will continue to update and adapt to local regulations as they are made available.
